Měření průtokové charakteristiky rotačního převodníku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with measurement of static characteristics of a rotary converter, namely of axial piston hydraulic motor with rotary swash plate. The converter is a part of load equipment and is powered by a hydraulic aggregate. A theoretical analysis, which deals namely with rotary converters, is adduced in the introduction of the work. There are introduced functional principles, advantages, disadvantages and applications of the converters in the introduction. Furthermore, there are basic characteristics of hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumps. The measurement procedure and the setting of the measuring equipment M5050 Hydrotechnik is described in the practical part. There are introduced numerical and graphical evaluations of measured values in this part. For comparison, theoretical dependencies are shown in graphs.
