Posouzení podnikové kultury ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis gives a summary of knowledges of corporate culture in the specific society. It consists of the introduction, free captures and of the conclusion. The first capture „theoretical datum“ explains basic concepts such as: culture (elements; components; creating of the quality culture; support of the culture; chase of the culture and national culture), contributions of corporate ethics, controls, behaviour and managing of people (rapprochment and retreating of human sources; team cooperation; ethics in the field of human recources), methods and procedures used in work.. In the second capture „application part“ the Pegatron Czech, s.r.o. is introduced altogether with its culture (relationship with the values and goals; relationships with the neighbourhood-PESTE analysis; performance of questionary examination about the employees´satisfaction with the culture and compiling of the questionary examination). In the third capture called „summary and recomendation“ there are recomendations based on assessing the questionaries and developed lack in the fields of organizational structure, social climate and cultural society as a whole. The results of the thesis are proposals to the company which than can be implemented in the its corporate culture.
