Náhrada broušení ložiskových čepů soustružením

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá náhradou broušení ložiskových čepů soustružením, v úvodních částech byla popsána obecná charakteristika daného problému, dále potom základní způsoby obrábění rotačních součástí. Hlavní část se zabývá návrhem vhodných nástrojů a řezných podmínek tak, aby bylo dosaženo potřebné kvality povrchu obrobku. V praktické části byly provedeny zkoušky a jejich analýza. Závěr této práce popisuje technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení a výběr vhodné metody obrábění.

This thesis deals with the replacement grinding journals turning. The introductory sections have been described mainly characteristics of the problem, next processing of basic ways of rotating parts. The main part deals with the design of appropriate tools and cutting parameters in order to achieve the required quality of the workpiece surface. In the practical part of the tests were performed and their analysis. The conclusion of this paper describes the technical-economic evaluation and selection of appropriate methods of machining.
