Abstract
This thesis deals with shopping environment benchmarking of the corporate bakery shops. First part briefly describes bakery M&K and its corporate shops. Theoretical part defines shopping environment. The research was focus on analysis bakery shops of company M&K and their comparison. In the final part, there are recommendations that could improve the shopping environment of the bakery shops and make a contribution to increase the consumer satisfaction.
