Posouzení systému zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on detection satisfaction of employees with employee benefits which are provided by the company. To obtain needed data from employees we used online survey. On the basis of obtained results from the survey, we have made the recommendations for the company, such as increase value of the meal vouchers, increase days of home-office, to establish 13. salary, to establish sick days and cancellation of travel and accident insurance. Proposed recommendations should lead to greater satisfaction of employees with the provided benefits.
