Abstract

In this work will be presented, as the term motivation behind what are the various perspectives on motivation and motivational theories and types of motivation. To correctly set up a new system of employee motivation is necessary to do research on the company and therefore part of the work will be devoted to methods of research, and based on that will be made to choose the best and then will be processed by the survey and its evaluation. The aim of this work is to streamline staff motivation specific companies to increase labor productivity. Streamlining will be made on the basis of a survey conducted among employees of the company.
