Transformace informačního systému pro podporu řízení údržby

Abstract

The main goal of the thesis is to show the transition from one maintenance management system to another. The monitored plant is a medium-sized industrial company. It is one of the largest producers of heating and water heating technology in the world. I analyze the work both from the theoretical part and from the practical part. I deal with general information regarding control systems, but also the definition of maintenance and different types of maintenance. I focus on the original state before the transformation, the identification of risks during the transition between the systems, the necessary preparation, the transformation process itself and the subsequent care of the new system and the fine-tuning of details. It is necessary to prepare for this transition and eliminate possible risks and errors that could occur. This work will serve Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o. as an analysis and recapitulation of the system transformation itself.
