Pneumatické upínání volného konce hadice na lavici pro výrobu hadicových montáží

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with pneumatic clamping of the free hose ending on the hose assembly bench for the production of hose assembly. At the beginning the installation process of the hoses’ terminals is outlined including photos from the company. Following the implementation of the various proposals. Proposals with one and two valves are also experimented on the trainer. The remaining space of the thesis is devoted to proposal with one valve. This means the components choice and their description. The clamping system is also processed with the CAD system to avoid the construction problems and for subsequent visualization. Finally, the guidelines for work initiation are described. Drawing of the clamping system is included in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
