Abstract

This bachelor thesis in the first step focusing to point out problems which occuring during creating and closing supplier’s claims, caused by great opacity of present claim system and huge time load for responsible engineers and at the same time searching of the way, how to reduce time to remove root cause of the problem and lighten the administrative work for quality engineers, with help of using online system and it’s great transparency.
