Dynamické vyvažování ventilátoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dynamického vyvažování rotačních součástí. V úvodu jsou popsány příčiny nevývahy, vlastnosti a druhy nevývahy. Další část je věnována metodám vyvažování, normám a korekcím nevývažků.

Vzhledem k rozsahu dané problematiky a důsledkům, které mají negativní vliv na provozní vlastnosti stroje, byl navrhnut pracovní postup pro vyvažování ventilátoru v jedné vyvažovací rovině, který slouží k demonstraci této problematiky a srovnání s výsledky provozních měření.

My graduation theses is concerned with the questions (problems) of dynamic balancing of rotating components. In the introduction causes of unbalance, its qualities and types are described. Next part is devoted to the methods of counterbalancing, to the norms and corrections of unbalance.

With regard to the extent of the given questions (problems) and the results, that have negative impact on the functional qualities of the machine, was suggested working procedure for counterbalancing of the fan in one counterbalancing plane, which is instrumental for the demonstration of these questions (problems).
