Aplikace technické diagnostiky na čerpadlech Herborner

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je aplikace technické diagnostiky na horizontálních a vertikálních čerpadlech. V úvodu této práce je stručně vysvětlena vibrační diagnostika a problematika její aplikace. Dále se práce zabývá samotnými vibracemi, jejich vyhodnocováním a příčinami vzniku. Pozornost je také věnována základním informacím o čerpadlech, jejich rozdělení a využití v praxi. V další kapitole je nastíněna problematika opotřebení, zejména kavitační jev, se kterým se v průběhu práce setkáme.Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá samotnou diagnostikou čerpadel. Zde je popsán proces měření, naměřená data, vyhodnocení a samotný závěr o technickém stavu každého diagnostikovaného čerpadla.

The theme of bachelor thesis is Application of Technical Diagnostics to the horizontal and vertical Pumps. The introduction is generally explained the vibration diagnostics and the problem with the application. Further, the thesis deals with the vibrations themselves, their evaluation and the reasons of their origin. Attention is pushed ahead to basic information about pumps also allocations of pumps and their usage in the practice. In the next chapter is a outlined problems of wear, especially the cavitation that we come across during the work.The second part of the bachelor thesis is about the diagnostics of horizontal and vertical pumps. Here is describe the measurement process, data evaluation and conclusion about the technical condition of the diagnosed pumps.
