Abstract
Thesis, the topic of Resident Satisfaction Measurement with Municipal Services, is focused on the analysis of resident satisfaction with selected services. Based on the analysis of data from the questionnaire are formulated the recommendation to improve and streamline operations. The performing these operations should bring fulfillment the wishes and needs of customers (residents) and should ensure permanent and sustainable expansion of the town.
