Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of weighing cart for weighing and transport of ferroalloys. In the first part is a brief evaluation of the state of art. First, what is ferro-alloys used for, what types of containers, used discharge openings, how works the strain-gauge scales and their basic types. The main part deals with the design of the device itself. The individual elements are processed in detail - design of container, discharge mechanism, loading of strain gauges and drive the cart by electric motor. The output of bachelor thesis is computing and engineering design of weighing cart with drawing documentation.
