Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The main aim of the thesis is to describe the economic and legal aspects of the employee benefits and to analyze them at the selected company. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are employee benefits characterized as well as their division and ways of provision is outlined. Further, lawful duties of employers and tax liability of employees and employers as well as the ways of funding the benefits. In the practical part, there is a selected employer characterized as well as some of employee benefits. There is also the questionnaire presented, which was submitted to the employees of this employer. In the conclusion, analysis´s results were summarized and evaluated, based on which particular changes in employee benefits were recommended.
