Abstract

The submitted thesis deals with a recruiting and selecting of employees in Revírní bratrská pokladna, zdravotní pojišťovna. Its purpose is to describe the recruiting and selecting process in this organization and in consequence to propose actions which can conduce to efficiency grow of a present state. The thesis is devided into for parts. First part is addicted to personal recruitment and selecting problems from theoretical view. Second part is addicted to characteristics of a chosen organisation. Third part is addicted to analyze present state of recruitment and selecting of employees in organisation. Last chapter includes suggestions and recommendations which can improve this process.
