Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals wih modifications for car wheels testing machine. To verify the machine‘s accuracy, we should prepare it for attachment of device for dynamic testing. A shaft which is stressed by bending during rotation would be manufactured. The introduction deals with the description of fatigue tests performed in the company Maxion Wheels Czech. Furthermore is evaluated the current state of the machine. In the next part I deal with variants of improvement that increase efficiency of machine measurement. The computational part deals with the design and examination calculations of selected structural junctions.
