Návrh systému online monitorování environmentálních dat laboratoře

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and practical implementation of a system for online monitoring of environmental data in a non-demanding laboratory environment with conditions corresponding to a standard household. The introductory part provides research on ready-made commercial and open-source solutions and an analysis of available sensor modules for individual measurements of physical quantities and air quality. The main goal of the thesis is the hardware design of a custom monitoring station based on a low-power microcontroller, which integrates sensors for measuring temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, air quality, light intensity, and motion detection. This design includes the creation of a circuit diagram, the development of a custom printed circuit board and the 3D modeling of a protective case. The software part describes the creation of control firmware for continuous data collection and their subsequent wireless transmission to a cloud database. Subsequently, a critical evaluation of available visualization platforms is performed, based on which a custom web application is designed and implemented, serving as the final user interface for the visualization and analysis of measured data in real time.
