Posouzení kapacity světelně řízené křižovatky v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the capacity evaluation of intersection in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. This work can be divided into two parts. At first main characteristics of traffic engineering and the process of capacity calculation are defined on a theoretical level. Practical part describes the intersection and other important materials for calculation. Furthermore, there is a calculation of the signal plan by the saturation flow method as well as the capacity calculation. For capacity evaluation, scenarios have been developed to simulate an increase of intensities. At the end of this thesis an analysis of the achieved results are made.
