Abstract
Master’s thesis is devoted to the design of building of Coworking center.
Primary aim of the thesis is to determine the most efficient structural and material design of the building that:
a) corresponds to the building characteristics and requirements that emerges from its size, location, function,
b) follows the requirements of the law in the Czech republic as well.
The result of the thesis is the project documentation for execution phase that consists of – technical report, building plans, thermal technical assessment and energy label of the building envelope, structural analysis.
