Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem objektu občanské vybavenosti – centra sdíleného pracovního prostoru. Cílem práce je navrhnout konstrukční a materiálové řešení daného objektu tak, aby co nejefektivněji odpovídalo charakteristikám a požadavkům na stavbu vyplývajícím z jejího rozsahu, umístění a účelu užívání se současným respektováním stavebně technických a dalších požadavků daných právními předpisy České republiky. Výstupem práce je projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby v rozsahu – technická zpráva, výkresová část, tepelně technická posouzení, energetický štítek obálky budovy, statický výpočet.

Master’s thesis is devoted to the design of building of Coworking center. Primary aim of the thesis is to determine the most efficient structural and material design of the building that: a) corresponds to the building characteristics and requirements that emerges from its size, location, function, b) follows the requirements of the law in the Czech republic as well. The result of the thesis is the project documentation for execution phase that consists of – technical report, building plans, thermal technical assessment and energy label of the building envelope, structural analysis.
