Hospodaření společenství vlastníků jednotek

Abstract

Cílem této práce je poskytnout informace o základních krocích spojených se vznikem a fungováním společenství vlastníků jednotek. V první části práce jsou popsány podmínky vzniku společenství vlastníků jednotek, jeho orgány, činnost, práva a povinnosti členů. Druhá část obsahuje problematiku spojenou s povinnostmi společenství coby účetní jednotky, účtování, daňové povinnosti. Třetí část práce popisuje oblast technické správy domů a možnosti financování rozsáhlejších oprav a modernizace.

The aim of this thesis is to provide information on basic steps connected with formation and operation of the flat owners association. Conditions of the establishing an association, its bodies, activities, rights and liabilities of its members are described in the first part. The second part includes issues connected with liabilities of the association as an accounting unit, accounting, tax duties. The third part deals with area of technical administration, and possibilities for financing extensive reconstruction and modernization.
