Racionalizace výroby ve společnosti Vesuvius Solar Crucible, s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis is based on a real project of rationalization of production carried out in the company Vesuvius Solar Crucible, Ltd. The introduction is focused on the description of the various tools and instruments through which an enterprise can easily and systematically be rationalized. There is described in detail the development of the direction the project has gone, the successes reached or a list of problems and solutions at each stage. Finally, there is a summary of the results achieved, and what was the final impact on savings. The basis for competitiveness of an enterprise in the market is constant improvement process and reducing the production cost. This has a huge impact on the price of the finished product and of course a positive impact on the customer, who like everyone else has to push the price down.
