My bachelor thesis deals with comparison of hot-water and electric floor heating. In the introduction of my thesis I mentioned what the floor heating is, what are its features and the main advantages. In the next part, there is a calculation of total heat loss of the lower storey of the detached house and the proposal of the different heating sources. Last part includes economical evaluation of each of the heating sources. The purpose of this thesis was to choose the most advantageous system of floor heating for the house I have chosen.
