Abstract

This bachelor's thesis explores various aspects of glass cockpit innovations. It consist of two main parts: theoretical and practical (the latter representing an educational program design). Individual chapters cover a historic development of flight instruments, an overview of current technologies or possible future enhancements by individual manufacturers. The last chapter is devoted to the actual design and implementation of an educational program. The educational program tries to introduce and clarify this topic to a wider public using pictures, videos and interactive aplications.
