Abstract

This thesis deals with the practical design vibrodiagnostic system into the production process in the company and the Czech arms factory The first part, we introduce the theoretical aspect of vibration measurement and evaluation, then they will discuss a fundamental part of CNC machine tools, namely the spindle. The practical part is devoted to familiarization with the current system established in CZUB, measurement and data logging, trending and further processing of measured values. Conclusion summarizes the findings of measurement, comparing the current system with the proposed system and express my suggestions for improvements to the existing vibrodiagnostic system.
