Abstract

This thesis deals with the problem of sealing the bottom of the dune belt conveyors. The whole band is undesirable traffic construction node with excessive dust. The introduction is an analysis of dust in the processes of coal, evaluation of its negative impacts on safety and hygiene in the coal mining. Furthermore, there is an overview of the current status of the device to reduce dust in coal preparation plants, then follows the design of the longitudinal seal the bottom of the dune with his calculations fixing functional parts. En-closed are mounting assembly drawings of the longitudinal seal on the sidewall and manu-facturing drawings and pressure side rails.
