Racionalizace výrobního procesu ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá korektivní racionalizací výrobního procesu. V úvodní části práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se racionalizace. V další části práce je uvedená celková analýza současného stavu, která zahrnuje potřebné informace k seznámení s problematikou výrobních linek a vyráběných produktů. Cílem práce bylo nalezení úzkých míst ve výrobním procesu. Veškeré analýzy byly postaveny na chronometrážích a jejich následnému vyhodnocení pomocí simulačního programu Witness 13. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy pro racionalizaci a jejich finanční zhodnocení.

The thesis deals with the corrective rationalization of the manufacturing process. The initial part of the thesis includes basic concepts relating to rationalization. In the next part of the thesis there is an overall analysis of the current state, which includes the necessary information to familiarize with the issue of production lines and produced products. The aim of the work was to find bottlenecks in the production process. All analyses were built on chronometers and their subsequent evaluation by the Witness 13 simulation program. The final part of the thesis sets out proposals for rationalization and their financial evaluation.
