Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Success of the company is not only on strategy of company and representing management. One of the most important factors which contributing to the performance of company are employees. Every entrepreneur should be primary concerned about their employees and their satisfaction. An employee who works and brings forward his benefits, is highly productive and doing really quality performance. This thesis consists of the theoretical part and of the practical part. The theoretical part provides background to the problems associated with and working with them in the application. The practical part consists characteristic of the organization and analyzes the satisfaction of their employees. The analysis was made of internal documents, a questionnaire and then the information obtained was solved by regression and correlation analysis. The findings are the proposed steps that could contribute to improve the current situation in an organization that was in the first quarter of 2009 due to economic crisis hit.
