Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném strojírenském podniku

Abstract

Úspěšnost podniků nestojí pouze na firemní strategii a reprezentujícím managementem. Jedním z nejdůležitějších faktorů, které přispívají k výkonnosti podniku, jsou zaměstnanci. Každý podnikatel by se měl v první řadě zajímat o své pracovníky a jejich spokojenost. Zaměstnanec, kterého práce těší a přináší mu užitek, je vysoce produktivní a odvádí kvalitní výkon.

Tato diplomová práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny východiska, která s danou problematikou souvisí a pracuje se s nimi v aplikační části.

V praktické části je charakterizována vybraná společnost a provedena analýza spokojenosti jejich pracovníků. Analýza byla provedena studiem interních dokumentů, dotazníkovým šetřením a následně ze získaných informací byla řešena regresní a korelační analýza. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navrženy kroky, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení současné situace v organizaci, která byla v prvním čtvrtletí roku 2009 postižena vlivem ekonomické krize.

Success of the company is not only on strategy of company and representing management. One of the most important factors which contributing to the performance of company are employees. Every entrepreneur should be primary concerned about their employees and their satisfaction. An employee who works and brings forward his benefits, is highly productive and doing really quality performance.

This thesis consists of the theoretical part and of the practical part. The theoretical part provides background to the problems associated with and working with them in the application.

The practical part consists characteristic of the organization and analyzes the satisfaction of their employees. The analysis was made of internal documents, a questionnaire and then the information obtained was solved by regression and correlation analysis. The findings are the proposed steps that could contribute to improve the current situation in an organization that was in the first quarter of 2009 due to economic crisis hit.
