Počítačová podpora optimalizace řezných podmínek při frézování tvarových ploch

Abstract

In this diploma thesis is created software for optimization of cutting parameters for milling in a full-fledged programming language (VB.NET/C#). At the beginning of the thesis, the issue of optimization of cutting parameters is described, as well as the individual criteria of optimality. Also is a described restrictive condition in cutting condition. There are also possible ways to optimize solutions using computer technology. The practical part describes the current state of the problem solving, proposal of possible solution variants and description of selected solution. At the end of the thesis is shown created optimization software and their function.
