Abstract

The first part of bachelor thesis describes Emergency Call Centre and its built up, lay-out, and its introduction to operation. The thesis describes birth of the idea of Emergency Call Centre built up, its functioning and benefits. Incoming emergency call Frequency, particular unit rate during years, incoming call count, solved events count and relation between incoming call count and solved events are introduced in the other part of the thesis. Average call count per one event is also included. Some serious events that Emergency Call Centre operating centre participated in are described at the end of the thesis.
