Abstract

The master thesis deals with the proposal of new technology of beds tools production for cutting inserts. The first part is theoretical and describes the problem of the task given. A simplified description of the current technology follows. The thesis continues with a detailed description of the newly proposed technology of beds tools production. The second part deals with the evaluation of different methods of programming, a new concept of method of high speed cutting and selection of CNC cutting machine. The result is the technical-economic benefit of proposed solution.
