Studium vlivu reliéfu povrchu ocelového substrátu na přilnavost ochranných povlaků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium vlivu reliéfu povrchu ocelového substrátu na přilnavost ochranných povlaků. Teoretická část práce obecně seznamuje s poznatky, kterých využíváme nebo se vyskytují v experimentální části práce. Jsou zde vyjádřeny pojmy jako povrch, adheze, koroze, ale také zinkové nátěrové systémy a předběžné úpravy povrchu. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na studium a hodnocení přilnavosti nátěrového systému k povrchu ocelového substrátu, přičemž reliéf povrchu je před nanesením nátěrového systému ovlivňován korozním prostředím.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the study the impact of the relief surface of the steel substrate on the adhesion of protective coatings. The theoretical section introduces the general knowledge, which we use, or appear on the experimental part of thesis. Are expressed in terms such as surface, adhesion, corrosion, but also zinc coating systems and surface pretreatment. Experimental thesis is aimed at studying and evoluating the adhesion of coating on the surface of steel substrate, the relief of the surface before applying the coating systems affected by the corrosive environment.
