Zpracování strategické analýzy vybrané firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou vybraného podniku působícího v oblasti pivovarnictví. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv vnějších a vnitřních faktorů na aktuální postavení podniku a na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout doporučení vedoucí k posílení jeho konkurenceschopnosti a dalšímu rozvoji.

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících se strategií, strategickým řízením a jednotlivými analytickými metodami. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci vybraných analytických nástrojů, konkrétně PESTLE analýzy, Porterova modelu pěti sil, SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy.

Na základě provedených analýz pak bylo zjištěno, které faktory mají na fungování podniku nejvýznamnější vliv a jakým způsobem ovlivňují jeho postavení v pivovarnickém prostředí. Současně byly identifikovány hlavní silné a slabé stránky podniku, stejně jako příležitosti a hrozby vyplývající z vnějšího prostředí. Výstupem práce jsou dále doporučení zaměřená na posílení konkurenceschopnosti a podporu dalšího rozvoje podniku.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the strategic analysis of a selected company operating in the brewing industry. The aim of the thesis was to determine the influence of external and internal factors on the current position of the company and, based on the knowledge gained, to propose recommendations leading to the support of its competitiveness and further development.

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining the basic concepts related to strategies, strategic management and individual analytical methods. The practical part is devoted to the application of selected analytical tools, specifically PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and financial analysis.

Based on the analyses performed, it was determined which factors have the most significant influence on the functioning of the company and how they affect its position in the brewing environment. The strengths and weaknesses of the company were identified, as well as opportunities and threats from the external environment. The output of the thesis is also recommendations focused on competitiveness and support of further development of the company.
