Mechanický plochý klíč

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem plochého mechanického klíče sloužícího k dotahování a povolování matic nebo šroubu. V úvodu je rozebraná historie šroubů. Následně je zhruba popsána problematika šroubu, šroubových spojů a způsoby jejích dotahování. Hlavní část se zabývá návrhem převodů klíče a jeho samotnou konstrukcí. Dále jsou pevnostně zkontrolována ozubená soukolí a je proveden výpočet životnosti valivých ložisek, výpočet únosnosti kluzných ložisek. Na závěr jsou zkontrolovány ostatní namáhané díly.

This master thesis deals with the construction plan of mechanical open-end spanner designed for tightening and loosening nuts or bolts. The introduction chapter describes the history of a bolts. Subsequently is the thesis concerned with the issue of bolts in general, bolt connections, and the ways of its tightening. Next part deals with the design of open-end spanner gears and his final construction. The gears are checked for strength, the lifetime of rolling bearings and capacity of the sliding bush are calculated. Finally, other stressed parts are checked.
