Konstrukční návrh kloubového spojení mezi tělesem světlometu a pouzdrem světlometu

Abstract

I am designing an articulated join of a headlamp adjusting mechanism in my bachelor thesis. In the introduction, in the form of research, introduces the reader to the issue of automotive lighting and adjusting the headlamps. I further detailed analysis of the articulated join and an analysis of the forces on the joints. At work I describe the solution to the problem of the articulated join in developing the headlamp for truck. The next section is devoted to design of the joint preparation and three designs. In the process of designing, I take into account the economic aspect of the implementation of these proposals. My proposals I undergo FEM analysis and strength calculations. At the end of the work I have carried out assessment of the results.
