Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the way how to solve excessive non-conforming production. In the beginning is expained why is necessary to solve these problems. Is made the analysis of available dates. The analysis shows the major problems and the areas where begin the disagreemens. They are also describes applied methods of reducing supplier´s non-conforming production that shows positive results. Bachelors work describes a project of solving non-conforming production in a particular company. It is primarily emphasis on streamlining the data collection for next season. The project is solved in team with the participation of responsible employees. With the help of methodological instruments are searched ordinary causes of errors and proposed concrete corrective actions to reduce the number of disagreements. The obtained results are compared with the established order.
