Informační systém sledování výkonnosti organizace

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit obecně koncipovaný informační systém pro sledování výkonnosti organizace. Jednotlivé ukazatelé efektivnosti práce jsou podkladem pro hodnocení organizace podle EFQM systému excelence. Vytvořený systém byl ověřen na ukazatelích výkonnosti a efektivity Fakulty stojní Vysoké školy báňské – Technické univerzity Ostrava. V úvodu práce se zabývám modelem EFQM a jeho zavedením na Fakultě stojní. Podle analýzy jednotlivých ukazatelů jsem následně navrhl databázovou strukturu pro uložení potřebných dat a vytvořil uživatelské rozhraní pro vkládání dat do informačního systému a rozhraní pro grafickou prezentaci uložených dat. Uživatelské rozhraní informačního systému bylo vytvořeno v prostředí ASP.NET, s důrazem na prezentaci uložených dat v grafické podobě.

The main objective of this thesis was to create a general information system designed to track the performance of the organization. The particular indicators of the work efficiency are the basis for the evaluation of the organization according to the EFQM excellence. The created system was tested on indicators of performance and efficiency of the Faculty of Engineering VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. The introduction deals with the EFQM model and its implementation at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. According to an analysis of the indicators I subsequently designed a database structure for storing necessary data and created user interface for inputting data into the information system and an interface for the graphical presentation of stored data. The user interface information system was created in the ASP.NET environment, with emphasis on the presentation of stored data in graphic form.
