Optimalizace tepelného zpracování oceli pro speciální technické aplikace

Abstract

The goal of thesis was evaluation of effect of austenitization temperature on structure and mechanical properties of A508 Grade 4N Class 3 steel, which is used for special industry application. Effect of annealing temperature after quenching was studied too and results was compared with requirements of ASME Code. Following mechanical properties was evaluated: yield stress, tensile strength, alongation, reduction of area, impact energy and hardness measurement. Optimum variant of heat treatment was recommended.
