Racionalizace technologie výroby leteckého dílce

Abstract

This thesis considers rationalization of machining while using CNC machines, it also compares two different production technologies applied on a production of a certain component under conditions of Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. Introduction of this thesis is presenting a selection of a suitable component, analysing current production technology and describing manufacturing operations as in the technological process. In order to achieve a better production effectiveness it was suggested to use a CNC machine for a new technology, convenient tools and fixturing method. Machining process was described in details and followingly an executive supervisory program for CNC machine was created in this thesis. Conclusion of this work is a comparison of the technology suggested with the technology currently used in terms of the economic indicators used by Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o.
