Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the issue of the international management in the chosen company. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of international management, focusing on management and productivity of international team of the chosen company. The theoretical knowledge is used in the analysis of the international team in Stora Enso. The necessary data were obtained in the form of interviewing employees of the company using the questionnaire technique and individual interview. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current situation of international management in the conditions of a globally operating company and suggesting recommendations in international management that can contribute to the organization increasing performance and improving cooperation within international teams.
