Zhodnocení systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the educational system employees in the company of ČSAD Hodonín, a. s. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part comprises theoretical background that relate to the issue of human resource management and general knowledge to the education system. In the practical part is described and analyzed education systém of selected organization. There was also conducted interview with corporate human resource manager and a survey among employees. The objective of this work was suggest solutions to increase efficiency of the education system in a selected company based on research.
