Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyse the optimization of production capacity through supplementary production. It discusses the various possibilities of solving the production capacities, focusing mainly on the analysis of solutions using supplementary production. The practical part deals with the potential benefits and impacts of this production on production capacity and company’s finances. In conclusion of the thesis are interpreted the results of evaluation of supplementary production methods applied in company and proposes actions to improve and optimize the entire process.
