Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the employee training process in ITT Holdings Czech Republic, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines key concepts and theories in the field of corporate training. The practical part summarizes the results of a questionnaire survey among the company's employees and evaluates the effectiveness of the existing training program. Based on the identified shortcomings, the thesis proposes specific measures and recommendations for improving corporate training with the aim of streamlining knowledge management, the adaptation process, and employee motivation.
