Abstract
Thesis deals with research into robotic welding technology using WAAM method. The theoretical part is describing the basic characteristics, materials and types of non-destructive testing for WAAM technology. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the mechanical properties of the welded material type G3Si1 under static and dynamic stress. Welded plates are tested for HV10 hardness, ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, notch toughness and resistance to dynamic bending stress. The result of the work is an evaluation of the measured values and a comparison with similar materials produced by the conventional forming method.
