Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the process for introducing the new passenger car body parts. The introduction describes the individual components of the assembly of parts of the body. It is a study of various welding technologies with a focus on resistance welding and MIG brazing. It is a study of the weldability of steels. The aim of this thesis was to design a workplace and technique for welding the selected part of the body. Furthermore, the proposed system verification of the quality of welded joints in production for spot welding, weld nuts, and MIG-brazing.
