Provozní měření na vozidle Tatra T158

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením a posuzováním vibrací nákladního vozidla Tatra T158 Phoenix z pohledu komfortu řidiče v souladu s platnou legislativou. V teoretické části se seznámíme s vozidlem Tatra T158 Phoenix, řešením podvozku, testovacím polygonem a historií automobilky. Dále bude popsán vliv vibrací na člověka, hodnocení těchto vibrací v souladu s legislativou, seznámíme se také s druhy měření na vozidlech značky Tatra. V praktické části popíši měřící techniku, provedu vyhodnocení naměřených dat, analýzu frekvenčních spekter a v poslední části se budu věnovat stanovení vzájemných poměrů vibrací mezi kabinou a sedačkou řidiče.

This thesis deals with the measurement and assessment of vibration of truck Tatra T158 Phoenix in terms of driver comfort in accordance with applicable legislation. In the theoretical part, we introduce the vehicle Tatra T158 Phoenix, chassis solution, test polygon and history of the car factory. It will also describe the effects of vibration on human, evaluation of vibration in accordance with the law, we will learn the types of measurements on vehicles Tatra too. In the practical part I will describe measurement technique, I will evaluate the measured data, analysis of frequency's spectra and the last part I will concentrate on the relative proportions of vibration between the cab and the driver's seat.
