Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal to expand the project team in the company TechnologyPipe Services s.r.o., based in Šenov. The aim of the thesis is to create an effective contract management system that will help to prevent problems. At the beginning I have focused on the theory of production management and its objectives. Then, an analysis of the current state of projects in the company was conducted to understand the existing problems and their causes. Based on this analysis, I proposed a specific solution that would be practically applicable and bring improvement in order management.
