Analýza nákladů na kvalitu v podniku Pamet, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out an analysis and quality costs appraisal in Pamet spol. s r. o. (Ltd.). A part of the quality costs appraisal is a modification of the current system of quality costs monitoring. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with quality management, its development, the quality systems in the company and comprises the quality costs detection and monitoring methodology. The following part introduces the company Pamet spol. s r. o. (Ltd.) and its current state of the quality management system. The subject of the practical part is an application of the method of quality-related costs measurement using an extended PAF model. In the case of its correct application and support of the company management the method of quality costs monitoring is usable while assessing the quality management system efficiency, while evaluating the corrective measures efficiency, while reducing total quality costs etc.
