Využití technologie robotického navařování pro výrobu armatur

Abstract

Thesis deals with the possibility of robotic weld deposition. The theoretical part describes used welding method for weld deposition in practical part 135, robotic welding and wire arc additive manufacturing. The practical part deals with production of component. Firstly, welding parametrs were determined and verified by mechanical testing, then the semi-finished product was made by using wire arc additive manufacturing. This semi-finished product was machined into its final state and possible occurrence of defects was observed by using non-destructive testing.
